Payment of the lesson fee should be made by bank transfer within a week of reservation. Refund is not possible for any reasons.

Invoice and receipt will be issued upon request.
Cancellation policy
Reservations can be managed in MY BOOKING page. Reservation can be changed free of charge up to 3 days in advance. Any changes made after that will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the lesson fee.
If you do not show up in zoom 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time without notifying me, I will cancel your appointment.
